About the Team The business team at PayU Credit develops and executes strategies for driving profitable and sustainable business growth. The role is within the Business team at PayU Finance, a RBI registered NBFC, with specific focus on growing business via developing partnerships with large merchant and consumer franchisees in the country. About The Role

Joining our business team offers you the chance to be a part of a foundational team to scale the business driven by merchant and consumer franchise partnerships. Consumer and merchant franchises are increasingly looking to develop financial propositions for their ecosystem with various objectives including monetization. Therefore, PayU is building out its partnerships capabilities and will continue to do so in the coming years. You will be able to help shape the efforts at PayU towards this objective.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategy to grow partnerships led business in a profitable and sustainable manner.

• Own and execute the strategy by working closely with PayU internal teams.

• Own the P&L from the business and drive continuous improvements to P&L.

• Work on initiatives to fuel growth in the partnership once established

Requirements:

• 7+ years of work experience in unsecured credit business product roles or similar roles at a NBFC/ Fintech / Bank.
