Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and promote smart home automation solutions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a passion for technology and sales. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, and digital platforms.
- Meet architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and homeowners to promote smart home automation solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare customized solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up until closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging smart home technologies.
- Coordinate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Experience in Home Automation, Electrical Products, Consumer Electronics, AV Solutions, IoT, Security Systems, or Building Automation will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
