Key Responsibilities • Conduct detailed clinical assessments and manage diverse medical conditions • Provide expert care for patients with complex or undifferentiated illnesses • Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress • Collaborate with other specialists and healthcare teams for integrated care • Participate in ward rounds, outpatient clinics, and emergency consultations • Supervise and mentor junior doctors, interns, and medical students • Maintain comprehensive and accurate medical documentation • Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, hospital policies, and ethical standards • Engage in continuous medical education and quality improvement activities • Support clinical audits, research, and departmental development Education Qualifications • MBBS from a recognized university • MD / DNB in General Medicine (mandatory) • Fellowship or sub-specialty certification (optional/preferred) • Valid registration with the Medical Council of the respective country/state Key Attributes • Broad and deep knowledge of internal medicine • Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Empathetic, ethical, and patient-centered approach • Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams • Commitment to lifelong learning and clinical excellence • Time management and organizational skills
