Depending on your experience, you may start by operating established jobs or step directly into independent setups, troubleshooting, process improvement, and complex high-mix work. Responsibilities

• Complete Setups: Independently perform machine setups from blueprint to first part. • Blueprint Interpretation: Read complex prints and manufacturing documentation. • Program Adjustments: Edit offsets and make basic G-code adjustments. • Quality Verification: Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment. • Process Troubleshooting: Resolve machining and tooling issues independently. • Documentation: Maintain accurate production and quality records. • Technical Support: Assist machinists with setups and troubleshooting. • Safe Production: Produce quality parts while following safety procedures.
