About the job
Join an engineering-driven precision manufacturer building the future of American manufacturing . You'll machine complex, tight-tolerance components for the aerospace, defense, semiconductor, and medical industries while working in a shop that invests in advanced technology, high-quality equipment, and skilled machinists. We're looking for experienced CNC Lathe Setup Machinists who can confidently own the entire setup process — from reading blueprints and G-code to loading tooling, setting offsets, proving out first articles, and making machine-side program adjustments before releasing jobs into production. This is a hands-on setup role, not simply a machine operator position. You'll work with advanced CNC turning centers, including live tooling and Y-axis capabilities, in a precision manufacturing environment. Compensation:
