Walk In Interviews 11am-4 pm weekdays. 950 OLD Hwy 66 Ash Fork, AZ 86320 We are looking for a motivated and energetic Shift Lead to join our Del Taco team! In this role, you’ll help lead daily restaurant operations while creating a fast, friendly, and clean experience for every guest. You’ll support the management team by leading shifts, motivating team members, and ensuring operational standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support management with daily restaurant operations and shift execution
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest service
- Ensure food quality, speed of service, and food safety standards are maintained
- Delegate tasks and help keep shifts running efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Train and support new team members on company procedures and expectations
- Assist with cash handling, inventory, and other shift responsibilities
- Resolve guest concerns professionally with a customer-first mindset
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the restaurant
- Enforce company policies while fostering a positive team environment
