About the job
We are looking for an experienced, HVAC-certified Maintenance Technician for the Champion Hills at Windyke apartments in Memphis, Tennessee. Work schedule: Monday through Friday, rotating weekends on-call, overtime as needed Responsibilities include:
• HVAC and appliance installation and repair • Plumbing and electrical repair • Lock installation, repair, and re-keying • Preventive maintenance • Make-ready • Daily documentation of work performed • Following company and OSHA safety policies Requirements MUST HAVE
- HVAC certification (Universal preferred)
- 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
- Physical ability to perform assigned tasks
- General knowledge of applicable building codes / laws
- Ability to complete required documentation
- High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable vehicle suitable for maintenance work
- Reliable vehicle suitable for maintenance work
- Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance
- Ability to pass credit, background, and drug screenings
• Strong organization and time-management skills

- Ability to work in both residential and commercial settings
