RN Operating Room Circulator-Day Shift ($20,000.00 Sign-On Bonus, Excellent Full Benefits Package, Competitive Compensation Package and much more!) We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Operating Room Circulation.
Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive pre-, intra-, and post-operative assessments to uphold patient safety.
- Anticipate the needs of the surgical team to support seamless operational flow.
- Provide age- and procedure-appropriate nursing care throughout the perioperative process.
- Maintain precise and timely documentation in medical records.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists for superior patient outcomes.
Requirements
• Current North Carolina RN License or Compact License with North Carolina endorsement.
- Current North Carolina RN License or Compact License with North Carolina endorsement.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
- Associate’s Degree in nursing is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Surgery and Operating Room Circulation.
