💼 Responsibilities
👥 Field Leadership (75%)
- Lead, support & motivate Brand Ambassadors on‑site.
- Provide real‑time coaching and ensure target delivery.
- Maintain professionalism, safety, and energy during missions.
📅 Operational Planning
- Build weekly field schedules & staffing plans.
- Identify high‑traffic areas across Miami (malls, transit hubs, campuses, downtown areas).
- Coordinate with warehouse & logistics team.
📊 Performance Management
- Track KPIs through Google Sheets/Excel.
- Evaluate daily conversion performance and adapt strategy fast.
📦 Inventory Oversight
• Manage flyers, uniforms & campaign stock.

- Ensure accurate usage reporting and timely restocking.
• 2+ years in sales, operations, retail leadership, field management, logistics, or hospitality supervision • Must have lived in Miami 4+ years & understand local crowds/traffic • Own vehicle required • Excel/Google Sheets proficiency • Laptop + phone required • English required • Energetic, organized, adaptable leader.
