Chief of Staff

About the company Our client is a fast-growing software company. The role Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Partner closely with the founding team to turn top company priorities into concrete results. The work blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, and the scope grows as the business grows. What you'll do - Coordinate projects that cut across recruiting, client implementation, commercial and administrative teams, raising risks early and clearing blockers. - Take strategic projects from initial problem definition through option analysis, delivery and results tracking. - Set up the management rhythm for the business, including goal setting, named owners, performance measures and decision follow-up. - Act as a trusted extension of the founders on high-visibility efforts, seeing them from concept to completion. - Create lightweight internal processes and apply AI tools to reduce manual, repetitive tasks. - Pick up new issues that lack a clear owner, develop a workable process for them and transition it to others as the organization expands. Requirements What we're looking for - Willingness and ability to be in the office every day in the San Francisco area. - Prior experience in a strategy, business operations or chief of staff style role at a high-growth technology company, or a background at a leading consulting firm, investment bank or private equity or venture capital firm. - Bachelor's degree from a top-tier US university. - Sharp problem-solving instincts, with the ability to identify the underlying obstacle and see issues through to resolution. Bonus points - Experience at an early-stage startup. - Ability to use AI tools to streamline repetitive workflows. Benefits Compensation and benefits - Base salary: USD 150,000 to 250,000 per year - Equity Location and work model - San Francisco, California, United States - On-site - Full-time
