Growth Marketing Manager

About the company Our client is a fast-growing technology company. The role Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Serve as the first marketing hire, building a lead generation program from the ground up. You will run experiments across multiple channels, create campaign assets yourself, and own reporting on results from first test through qualified lead. What you'll do - Set up the marketing function from scratch with no existing playbook. - Test and scale acquisition channels such as paid, search and content to generate marketing qualified leads. - Build landing pages, campaigns and automated workflows yourself using modern AI tools. - Make quick decisions with limited data, stopping weak efforts and investing further in what works. - Track and report results transparently across the full funnel. Requirements What we're looking for - 3 to 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in growth or demand generation. - Track record of building marketing channels from zero at an early-stage, fast-growing startup. - Proven growth in qualified leads with measurable results across several channels. - Experience marketing to senior executives. - Comfort working through ambiguity and moving fast. - Ability to work on-site five days a week. Bonus points - Experience using AI to build integrations and small internal tools. - Strong academic background.
