About the company Our client is a law firm. The role Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Join a legal practice as a senior lateral attorney who brings an existing client following. You will grow a niche practice with a high degree of independence, drawing on firm-wide support for business development and delivery. What you'll do - Counsel clients on legal and compliance questions in the healthcare sector. - Grow and expand a specialized practice by transferring your own client relationships. - Pursue business development and cross-referral opportunities with colleagues in other offices. - Set the strategic direction of your practice with significant autonomy. - Work with associates, paralegals and support staff to deliver client work. - Draw on the firm's marketing and business development resources to raise your profile in the market. Requirements What we're looking for - A Juris Doctor (JD) degree. - A portable book of business of approximately $1M. - Deep specialization in regulation and compliance within healthcare. - Prior experience at an AmLaw firm or a boutique firm. - Based in Denver, or willing to relocate there. - An entrepreneurial, self-directed approach to building a practice. Benefits Compensation and benefits - Base salary: USD 200,000 to 350,000 per year Location and work model - Denver, CO, United States - Hybrid - Full-time
