About the company Our client is a law firm. The role Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Join a law practice as a lateral partner advising employers on environmental and workplace safety compliance. The work centers on regulatory permitting and responding to agency challenges, while also growing an existing client base. What you'll do - Advise employers on compliance with environmental and workplace safety regulations. - Handle permitting matters for client companies. - Respond to challenges and enforcement actions raised by federal environmental regulators. - Bring over and grow a portable client book of business. - Collaborate with colleagues across offices to develop cross-selling opportunities. - Build your practice and professional visibility in the market. Requirements What we're looking for - 10+ years of legal experience in environmental or workplace safety regulatory work. - A law degree from a properly accredited school. - Background at a large national law firm or a boutique law firm. - Hands-on experience with permitting and responding to environmental agency challenges. - A portable book of business of roughly $500K for an Income Partner role, or roughly $1M for an Equity Partner role. Benefits Compensation and benefits - Base salary: USD 200,000 to 350,000 per year Location and work model - Remote (US) - Full-time
