About the company Our client is a technology company. The role Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Partner with senior business stakeholders at large organizations, pairing data analysis with project management to turn open-ended questions into practical recommendations. Work closely with product and engineering colleagues so that field insights shape what gets built. What you'll do - Hold frequent conversations with senior executives at large organizations to learn about their goals and day-to-day hurdles. - Use SQL to examine client data, confirm its quality, find gaps and make sure recommendations rest on dependable evidence. - Collaborate with product and engineering colleagues to design and roll out tailored, scalable solutions informed by what you see in the field. - Own client workstreams, including chairing steering committee meetings, to keep delivery on track. - Convert complex data and client feedback into clear strategies that inform the product roadmap. Requirements What we're looking for - Experience chairing steering committee meetings with executives. - A background in a small, quick-moving company at an early point in its growth. - Hands-on SQL skills for analyzing and validating large datasets. - Experience using AI tools well beyond basic chatbot use. - Ability to work with product and engineering teams to turn customer needs into product improvements. - Willingness to travel about 25% of the time based on client and business needs. Bonus points - Prior consulting work on AI-related initiatives at a well-known consulting firm.
