Solar Energy Solutions (SES) is actively seeking reliable and skilled Solar Installers to become part of our growing team. As a key member of our installation crew, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar energy systems for residential and commercial clients. SES is committed to delivering high-quality, sustainable energy solutions, and your role will be essential in helping us achieve this mission. Responsibilities:
• Install solar panels, inverters, and mounting systems on rooftops and other structures

- Ensure all wiring and electrical connections meet safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to complete installations efficiently
- Perform site assessments and provide input on optimal solar system layout
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and maintain a clean, secure job site
- Troubleshoot issues and perform repairs when necessary
• Previous experience in solar installation or construction is preferred but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided

- Basic understanding of electrical wiring and safety codes
- Physically capable of working at heights, lifting equipment up to 50 lbs, and operating in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on quality workmanship
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required
