We’re growing, and growth starts with people. Our in-home sales team is the engine of this company, and we need a recruiter who can keep it full of the right talent. The Role As a Sales Recruiter, you’ll own a big piece of how we hire in-home sales reps across our markets. You’ll source, screen and interview candidates, keep the pipeline moving, and make sure every hire is set up to succeed from day one. You’ll work side by side with recruiting and sales leadership and get direct coaching from people who’ve built sales teams from the ground up. What You’ll Do
• Source and engage sales candidates through job boards, outreach, referrals and our applicant pipeline

- Screen and interview candidates, and move strong ones through the process fast
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand what each market needs
- Hit weekly activity and hiring targets: calls, interviews scheduled, interviews held, offers and starts
- Keep every candidate informed and engaged from first call to first day
- Keep our applicant tracking system accurate and current
- Manage multiple openings and shifting priorities without dropping details
• 1 to 2 years of recruiting or sales experience
- 1 to 2 years of recruiting or sales experience
- Comfortable on the phone all day and great at building quick rapport
- Strong organization, writing and follow-up
- You like a scoreboard and want to be measured on results
- Coachable and hungry to grow
- Able to work full time in our Charlotte office
- Base salary of $65,000 to $75,000
- Performance bonus of up to 30% of base
