What we're looking for
- 8+ years of HRIS experience, with Workday as your primary platform. Workday experience is required for this role.
- Hands-on implementation and configuration depth, including standing up new Workday modules rather than only maintaining an existing setup.
- You have built and owned integrations into Workday using tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs.
- You've grown HR systems through real scale, supporting a company as it moved from hundreds to thousands of employees, ideally across multiple countries.
- Your career blends implementation consulting or partner-side work with in-house roles, ideally at both a large organization and a high-growth company.
- You've led a team, including distributed or offshore members, and you're comfortable directing implementation partners.
- You can go deep on configuration and hold your own in a strategy conversation with senior leaders.
- Workday Pro certifications are a strong plus.

What else you need to know
This role is based in our San Francisco, Los Angeles or Seattle office. Atoms is a company driven by invention and continuous change - we are constantly reimagining our industries, building new products, and refining how we operate. We do our best work together. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.
The base salary range for this role is $200,000 - $240,000 per year.
Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package. You may also be eligible for equity awards and an annual performance-based bonus.
