MISSION
Our mission is to deliver everyone a sustainable income. Right now 25,000 business operators earn over $7B per year. We will not stop until 1B people every month are making money on Whop.
ROLE
You sell Whop into ecommerce and D2C merchants. You find the deal, run the sales process, and close. After the close you hand the account to the team that owns the book.
This is a highly entrepreneurial role with a lot of freedom. You own your pipeline and your number.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Prospect and open conversations with ecommerce and D2C founders and operators
- Run demos and close deals for payments and the rest of the Whop stack
- Own your pipeline, forecast, and quota
- Sell payments, ads, treasury, cards, and new product offerings into new logos
- Work with the account team so closed deals land cleanly
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Ex-founder or operator background in ecommerce or D2C
- Top performing AE who has closed merchant or D2C deals
- Experience selling payments, SaaS, or similar tools into ecommerce
- Comfortable talking to the person who owns the business
COMPENSATION / PERKS
- Compensation range: $400,000 to $500,000 (includes base and commission)
- Best in class base + OTE with competitive equity
- Location: In-person NYC / Brooklyn, 5 days in office
