AlphaGov is engaging a Port & Maritime Workforce Development Consultant for current workforce work with port authorities, cities, and regional workforce boards. You will help agencies build training and hiring pipelines for port operations, maritime trades, and logistics occupations, tied to measurable placement and retention outcomes. • Assess port, maritime, logistics, and adjacent-industry workforce demand, occupational pathways, and skills gaps • Design or strengthen recruitment, pre-apprenticeship, apprenticeship, training, and placement pipelines • Convene employers, labor partners, training providers, community organizations, and municipal workforce programs • Build program models, partnership agreements, implementation plans, budgets, and performance measures • Analyze labor-market and program data and turn findings into recommendations agency leaders can act on • Support participant-centered design, outreach, and continuous-improvement reviews of workforce programs • Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when you authorize naming Apply to be considered.
