Join the A-Team at AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) as an Assistant Machine Operator in our brand new manufacturing plant!
Sign on bonus: $1,250. Will be paid out in increments (90 days, 190 days and 1 year)
Strating pay $21-25/ hour Depending on experience and shift.
Key Responsibilities: ·Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting. · Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards. · Package finished products accurately and meet production output goals. · Complete production documentation and report downtime, scrap, or defects. · Participate in training and support team development. · Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
12-hour shifts Monday - Thursday 5AM – 5PM OR 5PM – 5AM Friday - Sunday 5AM – 5PM OR 5PM – 5AM
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand 12 hours consecutively
- Ability to pull, lift, or carry at least 50 lbs
- Ability to perform in a hot environment
- Effective communication with team members
