In this role, you will speak with individuals and families who have already expressed interest in learning more about their options. It is a relationship-focused sales opportunity for someone who is comfortable building trust, guiding conversations with confidence, and helping people navigate important decisions with clarity and professionalism. Responsibilities
• Talk with clients on the phone using warm leads. • Meet with families virtually over Zoom. • Communicate with clients about the benefits they requested and their financial security. Requirements Required Qualifications
• Fluent in English.

- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Located in an eligible U.S. state outside New York, California, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, South Dakota, and North Dakota.
- Available to work evenings.
- Have a home office setup with reliable internet, a desk or dedicated workspace, and a laptop or computer.
• Background in restaurant work, sales, communication, or management. • Prior insurance or benefits experience. • Experience in customer-facing communication over phone or video. • Fluent in another language. • Available to work some weekends.
