Automotive Mechanic & Experienced Transmission Rebuilder Location: Norfolk, VA | Full-Time | On-Site Schedule: 8 AM–6 PM, Monday–Friday. No weekends, no on-call! Pay: Competitive hourly wage based on experience (range of $25–$48 hour). Expertise is rewarded with top pay. Benefits: IRA with 3% match, 50/50 shared healthcare contribution

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience rebuilding and repairing transmissions — this is a must
- Own your own tools for the job
- A dependable, driven, "get it done right" mindset
- Positive attitude and openness to new challenges
What You'll Do:
- Rebuild and repair automatic and manual transmissions from the ground up
- Diagnose transmission issues and perform full remove-and-repair work
- Support the broader shop team with general automotive repair as needed (brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, fuel/ignition, electrical, AC, and computer systems)
