Job Description
- Prepare electrical system designs including power distribution, lighting, earthing, and backup systems for airport facilities.
- Develop single line diagrams (SLD), load calculations, cable sizing, and equipment layouts .
- Design and coordinate HT/LT systems, substations, transformers, DG sets, UPS systems , and emergency power supply.
- Ensure compliance with ICAO, DGCA, NBC, IS codes, and local electrical standards .
- Coordinate with architectural, civil, MEP, and airport planning teams .
- Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, and tender documents .
- Review vendor drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
- Provide technical support during construction, testing, and commissioning .
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to design.
- Implement energy-efficient and sustainable solutions (LED lighting, smart controls, renewable integration).
Qualifications B.E./B.Tech (Electrical) 5–7 years total experience, with minimum 3 years in infrastructure projects (EPC/Engineering Consultancy) involving detailed electrical design and engineering
