ABOUT THE ROLE
This early-career Account Executive role at an AI-focused HR technology company owns the full sales cycle. You will build pipeline and help shape the company's go-to-market approach, working closely with company leadership and sharing customer insights with product and engineering teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage sales from prospecting and discovery through product demonstrations, negotiation, and close.
- Research target accounts, run outbound campaigns, and build pipeline independently.
- Engage HR leaders, CFOs, and IT procurement teams throughout sales cycles.
- Work with company leadership to refine the ideal customer profile, test messaging, and develop the sales playbook.
- Share customer needs and pain points with product and engineering teams.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A recent graduate or early-career professional with 0 to 2 years of experience.
- Demonstrated sales initiative through employment, internships, campus sales roles, SDR experience, or self-directed outreach.
- Experience building sales pipeline or processes from scratch in a startup, small business, or similarly lean environment.
- A proactive hunter and closer mindset, strong communication skills, and comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous setting.
- Interest or experience in HR, finance, or AI is a plus. Account executive, direct sales, HR technology, or enterprise deal experience is also beneficial.
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary is $65,000 to $75,000 annually, with commission in a 50/50 base and variable structure and $140,000 OTE (on-target earnings, base plus variable). Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
Remote within the United States.
