Job Description NextShining is seeking a motivated and ambitious Leadership Development Associate to join our team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This position is designed for individuals who want to build strong leadership, communication, management, and business development skills while gaining practical experience across different areas of the organization. The Leadership Development Associate will work closely with team leaders and management, participate in daily business operations, support team performance, and gradually take on greater responsibilities as they progress within the company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proactive, adaptable, organized, and interested in developing into a future leadership or management position. Responsibilities
- Support managers and team leaders with daily operational activities.
- Assist with team coordination, organization, and performance objectives.
- Develop strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Participate in leadership and professional development training.
- Help identify opportunities to improve team productivity and operational efficiency.
- Build strong professional relationships with team members and customers.
- Assist with business development and organizational growth initiatives.
- Track goals, performance metrics, and assigned responsibilities.
- Provide support in training and onboarding new team members.
