We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented L1 Cloud Engineer with a foundational understanding of cloud technologies and infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Azure cloud services, virtual machines, and basic infrastructure automation, along with a strong willingness to learn, troubleshoot, and work in a 24×7 rotational support environment. Must-Have Skills
- Good understanding of Cloud fundamentals and infrastructure concepts
- Hands-on knowledge of Azure Cloud Services, including:
- Virtual Machines (VMs)
- Blob Storage
- Other basic Azure services
• Working knowledge of SQL
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Understanding of Virtualization concepts
- Basic knowledge of Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
- Familiarity with Linux (preferred)
- Strong learning ability with curiosity to debug issues and identify root causes
- Experience or exposure to:
- Terraform
- Git/GitHub
- Docker
- Cloud certifications such as:
- Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
- Microsoft Azure Fundamental (AZ-900)
- Terraform Certification
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor, support, and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and deployments
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to:
- Cloud resources
- System performance
- Deployments and configurations
- Create, update, and maintain technical documentation for infrastructure, processes, and procedures
- Work independently on business and technical problems to generate meaningful insights
- Handle ambiguous problem statements and develop structured approaches to resolve them
- Communicate analysis, findings, and updates effectively with:
- Clients
- Leadership
- Onshore teams
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills with a “get it done” attitude
- Participate in 24×7 rotational shift support
