Job Description IGL4US is seeking a professional and personable Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. In this role, you will support customers with general inquiries, provide accurate information, assist with day-to-day service requests, and help ensure that every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys helping people, works well in a team environment, and can remain organized while managing multiple responsibilities. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions and general service inquiries.
- Provide clear, accurate, and professional information to customers.
- Assist customers with requests, concerns, and basic issue resolution.
- Maintain organized and accurate customer records.
- Follow up on customer requests when necessary.
- Coordinate with internal departments to help resolve customer needs.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming approach during customer interactions.
- Support administrative and operational tasks related to customer service.
- Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.
- Follow company procedures and service standards.
- Assist team members with additional responsibilities as business needs evolve.
