Job Description Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services. Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Record and document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they remain satisfied.
Qualifications Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar capacity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure.
