Job Description Strive Global is seeking a motivated and personable Retail Associate to join our team in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you will interact directly with customers, provide product and service information, support daily retail operations, and help create a welcoming and professional customer experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates confidently, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive customer service.
- Assist customers with product information, questions, and purchasing decisions.
- Build positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment.
- Support daily store operations and team objectives.
- Assist with product displays, merchandise organization, and inventory-related tasks.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance and service goals.
- Represent Strive Global professionally during every customer interaction.
