Job Description As a Call Center Agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and customers. Your core focus will be delivering outstanding service, addressing inquiries efficiently, and ensuring every conversation reflects the standards of excellence that define Catch Vibe Voice. Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, clarity, and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information to clients regarding services, policies, and inquiries.
- Document call details, customer interactions, and follow-up actions accurately in our system.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining a calm, empathetic approach.
- Collaborate with team members and management to optimize service delivery.
