Department Overview The purpose of the Configuration Analyst role is to review the different options within any solution pack product and determine the best way to modify the software to meet user needs. This includes monitoring and troubleshooting, when necessary, of the product. Typically, the analyst works closely with the team of Implementation Consultants. Job Description
