About the role:
This is a dynamic position that combines customer service, inventory management, merchandising, and product support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and working across multiple areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities-
- Managing and maintaining supplier return processes across Western Australia and South Australia
- Investigating and processing over-supplied and under-supplied product claims
- Assessing and coordinating warranty claims with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Performing basic product repairs where required
- Merchandising products and creating engaging in-store displays
- Delivering product training and support to team members
- Coordinating stock retrieval and movement to support operational requirements
Skills & Experience you need to have:
- Ideally you will have experience in the motorcycle aftermarket industries. (preferred)
- Your passion for great customer service and sales will be complimented by strong communication skills and a great team-focused attitude!
