KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Qualifications EDUCATION High School Diploma or equivalent. EXPERIENCE

• Typing accuracy of 99%+ • Typing speed of 50+ WPM • Ability to spot errors and discrepancies in orders to ensure quality and accuracy. • Skills in managing time effectively to meet productivity targets while maintaining quality. • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members and customers. • Ability to troubleshoot issues that arise during the order entry process. • Capability to handle multiple orders and tasks simultaneously without compromising quality. • Ability to adjust to new systems, processes, or changes in order requirements. • A focus on meeting customer needs and resolving any order-related inquiries. • Ability to work well with others in a team environment to achieve common goals. COMMUNICATION AND CONTACTS The OA Processor interacts with other employees within the work unit. DECISION MAKING Ability to use OA tools to make fact-based decisions on order information received from customers.
