Roster : Even Time – 7 Days, 7 Off, 7 Nights, 7 Off

Type : Full-time Permanent This is a residential role based in Geraldton. To be considered, you will need to reside in Geraldton. As Operations Superintendent, you’ll take the lead in delivering safe, reliable and efficient site-to-port haulage operations. You’ll lead and develop a team of drivers and supervisors, drive operational performance and work closely with key stakeholders to ensure targets are achieved while maintaining a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Proven leadership experience within transport, logistics, mining or heavy industry. • Strong knowledge of haulage operations, fatigue management and transport compliance. • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop operational teams. • Strong planning, problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels. • Comfortable using operational systems and data to drive performance. • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, remote operational environment. • Strong commitment to safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
