Job Description Evergreen Center is seeking a bright and energetic Special Education Teacher who is responsible for direct instruction and curriculum design to a small cohort of 7-8 students. Within the classroom, the teacher works closely with other special educators, behavior analysts, and paraprofessionals to support students with significant educational and behavioral needs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a supportive and fast-paced environment guided by data-driven interventions. At the heart of our work is the knowledge that everyone can learn, grow, and achieve greater independence. Responsibilities include:

• Completion of educational assessments necessary to develop Individual Education Program (IEP) goals and objectives for students • Collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team in the development of the IEP to meet educational programming goals for students • Development of materials and instructional methodology necessary to meet identified goals • Completion of quarterly progress monitoring reports • The supervision and training of instructors in the implementation of educational programming Bilingual and multicultural backgrounds are encouraged to apply. $5,000 Sign On Bonus!
