Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) – Massachusetts Role at a Glance Location: Massachusetts Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits About the Position This role is for a Massachusetts-licensed LICSW who will provide virtual therapy to clients with a range of mental health and life concerns. You will work independently with your own schedule of clients while staying connected with the care team when coordination or additional input is needed. The work is focused on direct client care, clear documentation, and making sure each case receives the attention it needs. What the Work Involves
• Provide therapy through scheduled virtual appointments
- Provide therapy through scheduled virtual appointments
- Review new client concerns, background, and relevant history
- Address emotional, behavioral, and social factors that may be affecting a client’s well-being
- Keep clinical notes and required records current
- Follow up on concerns that need additional attention
- Communicate with care partners when coordination is appropriate
- Identify when another service or resource may be helpful
- Maintain confidentiality and follow Massachusetts LICSW professional standards
• Active Massachusetts LICSW license in good standing
- Active Massachusetts LICSW license in good standing
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Experience providing therapy or clinical social work services
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
