Job Description Scope of Position Ocean Import Job-Specific Tasks and Duties
- Workflow Responsibilities: (Review and action daily)
- Turn Over to Trucker (FCL Firms Codes)
- Send pre-dispatches to FCL truckers within 48 hours of COB
- Enter FTX for all containers
- Operations:
- Review and update Delivery Notes within SOPs (Review and action upon occurrence)
- Customer Service:
- Action or Delegate any customer service emails same-day (Review and action upon occurrence)

- 6 months experience in Ocean Import
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to 45wpm
- Attention to Detail
- Fluent in English
