Job Description ABOUT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data entry operators are responsible for accurately entering important company data and keeping records up-to-date
- Follow proper operation of the printer. Take control of standard parameters.
- Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry.
- Verifies and logs receipt of data.
- Transcribes source data into the required electronic format.
- Transfers information from paper formats into computer files using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners.
- Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms.
- Perform troubleshooting work on the machine
- Follow good practices, processes in the production process
- Ensuring proper use of office equipment; Generating and exporting data reports, spreadsheets and documents.
Qualifications Qualifications
- Diploma, Degree (after 12th) in any stream
Experience :
- 2-3 year experience in MIS [Managing data]
- Thorough knowledge in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Microsoft excel - familiarize Latest formulas
- Added advantage of AI and latest data management tools
- Typing speed and good knowledge of advanced excel formulas
