Responsibilities:
- Architect and lead enterprise-scale GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
- Design and implement multi-agent systems, RAG architectures, AI copilots, enterprise knowledge assistants and AI workflow automation platforms.
- Lead end-to-end AI product development from ideation to production deployment.
- Establish AI engineering standards, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and governance.
- Build scalable AI platforms leveraging cloud-native services and modern MLOps / LLMOps practices.
- Guide engineering teams through architecture, design reviews, and technical mentoring.
- Work directly with clients to define AI strategy, use cases, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Cloud, Cyber, and Business teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Mandatory skill sets:
- 5–8 years of technology experience with 3+ years in GenAI / LLM engineering.
- Strong expertise in LLMs and foundation models, Agentic AI and multi-agent architectures, advanced RAG frameworks, prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks, AI governance and Responsible AI, vector databases and knowledge retrieval.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain , LangGraph , AutoGen , CrewAI , Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, Azure, AWS, GCP, MLflow , Databricks, Fabric, and Kubernetes.
- Strong Python and software engineering background.
- Experience building AI Copilots and enterprise AI platforms.
Preferred skill sets:
- Experience leading AI engineering teams.
- Exposure to AI product management and solution architecture.
- Experience with multimodal AI, document intelligence, and enterprise search.
- Relevant certifications in Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, Google AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent.
