SENIOR IE - - - - - - - - - - - - Mission: • For the activity or site, support and accelerate cross-functional studies (multi-workshop, activities) and progress actions intended to improve operational efficiency and productivity (creation of added value) by applying the LEAN approach and Michelin Way tools in the People - Profit - Planet areas. • Coordinate and consolidate PDU, Progress plan, reforecast, PSV…In their perimeter • Making factory teams autonomous, over the long term, to manage their progress, while ensuring acceptance of change.
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS :
- Consolidate the elements and indicators (e.g: IPI, workforce evolution, value creation, cost analysis, rituals, etc.), propose corrective actions and support the continuous management of the progress plan, re-forecasting and PSV.
- Manage the improvement of the plant's capacity structure: REF021, GUI167, VSM 1 year, VSM 3 years, in partnership with the Industrial Supply Chain (SCI) to control pull flows, stock, storage.
- By delegation of the Progress Leader, manage the factory's “Productivity” progress plan in collaboration with the BPC.
- Propose and manage cross-functional progress studies integrating change management.
- Contribute to the MMW Practices by deploying accompaniment through training/tutoring in BIB tools, Lean/DMAIC, progress methodologies and problem solving.
- Ensure the implementation of best practices, standards and benchmarks within the activity plant.
- Tutor and support for IEs to accelerate their development.
