ROLE PURPOSE Architect and owner of Morcom's greenfield Odoo ERP rollout — raw material to finished-goods dispatch. Hybrid functional + technical: Manufacturing (MRP), Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Quality; Tally/Busy/Excel migration; Python/XML/OWL/PostgreSQL/QWeb; GST/E-Way/E-Invoice, biometric, barcode, scales; train shop-floor + office; own L1/L2 support and upgrades. REQUIREMENTS 3–7 years implementing Odoo ERP with ≥2 full-cycle MANUFACTURING implementations (MRP, BOM, Work Orders). Technical stack in evidence. Indian GST localisation hands-on. B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA/B.Sc-IT. 100% on-site, Harsana Kalan, Sonipat, Mon–Sat. Competitive in-hand/month.
