Partner with Stores / Purchase, Quality, Maintenance, Sales / Dispatch and HR. Key performance indicators Output & OTIF (plan achieved on time, in full) · OEE and output-per-manpower improvement · Rejection / PPM and rework reduction, zero quality escapes · Manpower, consumable and rework cost within budget · Zero safety incidents, audit-ready 5S. Day 31–60: Own the daily plan and shift governance — stabilise output, tighten in-process quality and 5S, start a clean daily / monthly MIS, launch the top improvement projects. Day 61–90: Run the floor independently to plan with improved OEE, controlled rejection and cost, a trained multi-skilled team and clean MIS; present a productivity & quality-improvement roadmap.
