About the job
You will sell WebbyButter's AI services and products to enterprises and funded startups in India, the UAE and beyond. This is a hands-on, full-cycle sales role: you generate pipeline, run discovery, shape proposals with our engineers and close. Location: Vadodara, Gujarat, India (on-site at our Vadodara office) Experience: 2+ years in B2B software or services sales What you will do
• Generate qualified pipeline through outbound campaigns, inbound follow-up and referrals
- Generate qualified pipeline through outbound campaigns, inbound follow-up and referrals
- Run discovery calls to understand client problems and map them to AI solutions
- Prepare proposals, pricing and statements of work together with the delivery team
- Manage the pipeline in the CRM with accurate forecasting
- Represent WebbyButter at industry events and online communities
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in software services, SaaS or IT consulting
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in software services, SaaS or IT consulting
- Track record of meeting quota and closing mid-size deals
- Excellent written and spoken English; Hindi or Arabic is a plus
- Comfort explaining technical AI concepts to business buyers
- Experience with HubSpot, Zoho or a similar CRM
