About the job
You will build the channels that bring WebbyButter new business: agency and consultancy alliances, technology partner programs, co-marketing and community. You will run growth experiments end to end and turn the ones that work into repeatable programs. Location: Vadodara, Gujarat, India (on-site at our Vadodara office) Experience: 2+ years in partnerships, growth or business development What you will do
• Identify, recruit and manage referral and delivery partners
- Identify, recruit and manage referral and delivery partners
- Build relationships with cloud and technology partner ecosystems
- Design and run outbound and co-marketing campaigns with clear metrics
- Coordinate webinars, events and community programs
- Track partner pipeline and campaign results in the CRM and report weekly
• 2+ years in partnerships, growth marketing or business development for a tech company
- 2+ years in partnerships, growth marketing or business development for a tech company
- Proven ability to open doors and build long-term relationships
- Strong writing skills for outreach, decks and partner materials
- Data-driven mindset with experience running experiments
- Fluent English; comfortable working with clients across time zones
