Job Summary We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to design marketing and promotional materials for Mittal Group. The candidate should have a strong understanding of design, branding, and visual communication across print and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design brochures, flyers, hoardings, banners, posters, and project presentations .
- Create creative designs for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and advertisements.
- Develop marketing collaterals for real estate projects, events, and promotional activities.
- Ensure consistency in brand guidelines, layouts, colours, typography, and visual identity.
- Coordinate with the marketing and digital marketing teams to understand design requirements.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and digital creatives as per specifications.
- Make design revisions based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Organize design files and maintain a library of creative assets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in graphic design.
- Experience in real estate, advertising, or marketing agencies preferred.
- Portfolio showcasing print and digital design work is required.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign/CorelDRAW .
- Knowledge of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual composition.
- Experience designing for print and digital platforms.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics will be an advantage.
- Creativity, attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills.
