About the Role
Techies Infotech is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage our overall digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across Social Media, Performance Marketing and SEO with a strong focus on generating measurable business results. The candidate should be capable of independently managing the digital marketing function, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring that all marketing channels work together effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and oversee SEO, Social Media Marketing and Performance Marketing activities.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Drive organic growth through effective SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, technical SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Monitor and optimize paid campaigns based on ROI, CPL, conversions, and other performance metrics.
- Develop marketing strategies based on market trends, competitor analysis, and business requirements.
- Work closely with content, design, sales, and other internal teams to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using relevant analytics and reporting tools.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, leads, conversions, traffic, and ROI.
- Identify gaps and opportunities across digital channels and take corrective actions.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO, social media, advertising, AI, and digital marketing trends.
- Manage the overall digital marketing calendar, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Take ownership of achieving defined marketing and lead-generation targets.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in an IT/Technology company.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Social Media and Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of SEO strategies, keyword research, analytics, and search engine algorithms.
- Experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their marketing capabilities.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4, Google Search Console, and other marketing analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to independently manage the complete digital marketing function.

We are looking for someone who can own the complete digital marketing function, rather than focusing on just one channel. The ideal candidate should have a strategic mindset but also be comfortable being hands-on with SEO, social media, analytics and performance optimization.
