Mana Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Production Chemist – Executive to join the Production team and support safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing of APIs and intermediates.
Role Details
- Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry
- Location: Achutapuram, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh
- Work schedule: Rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Reporting to: Production Manager / Production In-Charge
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Execute API/intermediate manufacturing activities as per BMRs and SOPs.
- Operate reactors, centrifuges, filters, dryers, and related production equipment.
- Monitor process parameters and maintain accurate production records.
- Follow cGMP, GDP, EHS, SOPs, and applicable safety requirements.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, and other relevant teams.
- Support troubleshooting, investigations, and process improvement activities.
Candidate Profile
- Hands-on experience in API, intermediate, or chemical manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of chemical reactions, filtration, drying, and crystallization.
- Experience with cGMP, BMRs, GDP, EHS, and SOPs.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- API/intermediate manufacturing experience preferred.
