Key Responsibilities
- Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and action trackers.
- Track project progress and follow up on pending activities.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare MOMs and track action closure.
- Collect and consolidate information from R&D, QA/QC, Production and other teams.
- Prepare project dashboards, reports and management presentations.
- Identify delays, risks, gaps and dependencies and escalate as required.
- Maintain project documentation and records.
- Support project reviews and continuous improvement activities.
Skills Required
- Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Good documentation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and timelines.
- Proactive attitude and attention to detail.
