EDI Integration Manager

• Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of EDI and enterprise integration solutions.

• Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of EDI and enterprise integration solutions.
• Manage end-to-end integration projects, including planning, execution, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Provide technical and functional guidance for EDI transactions, particularly 850, 855, 856, and 810 .
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
• Coordinate with technical teams, business users, external partners, and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor project progress, dependencies, risks, and issues, and provide regular status updates.
• Manage EDI onboarding, mapping, testing, troubleshooting, and production deployment activities.
• Ensure integration solutions meet quality, security, performance, and compliance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement integration best practices.

• 12–15 years of experience in EDI, B2B integration, and enterprise application integration .
• Prior experience working as an Integration Manager, EDI Manager, Integration Lead, or similar role .
• Strong hands-on knowledge of the following EDI transactions:
• 850 – Purchase Order
• 855 – Purchase Order Acknowledgment
• 856 – Advance Ship Notice
• 810 – Invoice

• Experience managing complex integration solutions and delivery engagements.

• Strong understanding of EDI mapping, data transformation, testing, partner onboarding, and production support.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Excellent client-facing, stakeholder-management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple integration initiatives and priorities simultaneously.

• Experience working with ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, JSON, APIs, and other integration standards.

• Familiarity with ERP, supply-chain, logistics, retail, or order-to-cash integrations.
• Experience with leading EDI or integration platforms and managed file-transfer protocols.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Candidates must be located in or willing to work from the Dallas Region, Texas for Onshore position and Hyderabad for Offshore position
