Job Description Banquet Manager :
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent hospitality and service.
- Supervise and coordinate banquet events, setups, and service operations.
- Coordinate with clients and other departments to ensure smooth event execution.
- Manage food and beverage quality and service standards.
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure proper staffing for each event.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, budgets, and labour costs.
- Maintain banquet equipment, inventory, and supplies.
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate employees.
- Monitor employee performance, engagement, and retention.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints effectively.
- Maintain hotel standards, cleanliness, and safety procedures.
- Ensure teamwork and effective communication across departments.
- Achieve banquet revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
